Fixed Chrome keyboard lag bug and wrong remix count of top remixed projects bug in What the Community is Remixing; disabled invalid characters from erasing comments; disabled the ability to report one's own projects, comments, and studios; added "Be honest" principle to Community Guidelines and grey frames around each sprite thumbnail in the editor; and some administration-related stuff changed.
